The NITC GIS Council has approved and published several standards within the last year that include metadata, elevation, imagery, street centerline and address standards. These standards provide guidance towards the development, management, and sharing of data and services intended to meet our statewide NESDI needs.
The State of Nebraska has entered into a statewide Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) contract to use their statewide address and demographic data. This ELA is available only to state agency, city/local government, other state eligible political subdivision, college, or university (except University of Nebraska Medical Center) in order to support business operations.
