Standards Available for Comment
Several standards are now available for comment after modifications to the maintenance and data distribution sections. Several GIS Council working group members have drafted standards for Elevation Acquisition using LiDAR, Imagery, Street Centerline, Address Points and modifications to the existing Metadata standards. The NITC GIS Council approved the standards at the September 5 meeting to go on to the NITC Technical Panel for the next review process. Comments are due October 9, 2014.
