Community Council
The Community Council brings together local leaders, educators, nonprofits, and community members to expand digital access across Nebraska. The Council collaborates to identify needs, share insights, and coordinate statewide efforts that improve access to reliable technology, affordable internet, and essential digital skills. Our goal is to ensure every Nebraskan can fully participate in today’s digital world—whether for learning, work, healthcare, or civic life.
Education Council
The Education Council represents both public and private K-12 education, as well as public and private higher education, advising the Commission on matters related to educational technology.
GIS Council
The GIS Council develops strategies, standards, and policies related to the creation and use of geospatial data and geographic information system technologies in Nebraska.
Technical Panel
The Technical Panel is responsible for reviewing technology-related budget requests, monitoring project implementation, reviewing grant applications, and recommending technical standards and guidelines.
