Public Hearing on Technology Access Clause
Pursuant to LB 352 (2000) the Technical Panel of the NITC is holding a public hearing on the draft technology access clause (PDF 52k) to be included in all contracts made by state agencies that involve the purchase of an automated information system. The hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, December 12, 2000 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and will be held in Varner Hall - Board Room, 3835 Holdrege, Lincoln, NE.
