have a go to person to bring the group together as well as lead discussion on
that topic during regular meetings.
committee work can be conducted through timely
and effective process which could include any or all of the following:
face-to-face, phone, video conference,
collaborative tool (ie google
docs), email
each committee should
include at least one representative from K12 and post-secondary.
committee assignments
can include CAP liaisons and other K12 or post-secondary representatives that
might be able to provide expertise related to that topic.
committee size should
maintain reasonable numbers in order that participants are encouraged to be
actively involved in the process.
all NNAG members should
participate in at least one committee.
